2000年硕士毕业于华中科技大学计算机学院,获计算机应用专业硕士学位,

2003年博士毕业于华中科技大学计算机学院,获计算机系统结构博士学位。

计算机系统结构,计算机存储系统,计算机系统节能,新型存储机理,系统软件,光存储系统

2003年11月博士毕业后留校任教。

科研项目与获奖

承担、参与或者完成十多项国家研究项目,包括国家自然科学重点基金大规模数据存储系统能耗优化方法的研究;国家自然科学基金低熵存储系统(LESS)理论、方法和实现技术研究;国家自然科学基金自主存储中介代理研究;国家自然科学基金进化存储系统(LESS)理论和实现技术研究;国家自然科学基金统一存储(USN)理论、结构与实验研究863课题“分级存储系统设计与实现”和“连续数据保护设计与实现”;863项目存储虚拟化及其文件系统研究973 课题高效能存储系统组建方法研究”;973 课题“PB级海量网络存储系统研究973 课题全息存储中的高速通道研究CNGI项目基于IPv6的智能存储系统。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文50多篇,其中包括ATCDSN等学术会议和IEEE Trans. OnComputerIEEE Trans. On Parallel and Distributed Systems ACM Trans. OnStorage等期刊,申请专利30多项,软件著作权12项。撰写出版专著《海量网络存储系统原理与设计》一部,2008年获湖北省技术发明二等奖。
